Sky Valley residents are familiar with the Sultan Riverside Park and the 13 foot tall man holding a fish in one hand and a spear in the other. Chief T’seul-Ted was crafted in the 1980s of wood and resin by a local resident and now requires repair. The Sky Valley Arts Council has teamed up with Tulalip Tribes and the Community of Sultan to raise funds for restoration supplies and equipment.
