Winterfest Traditions

We had a great time at the Skykomish Holiday Market. The historic Maloney Store was filled with local vendors and good conversation. The next arts and crafts venue in the Sky Valley is Winterfest on December 6th held in the Sultan High School.
The Winterfest tradition started in 1995 as a opportunity for local arts and crafts vendors to reach the community during the holiday season.

Winterfest now includes local arts and crafts, business displays, and a community give back activity. The day ends with a traditional tree lighting activity.
If you are a local vendor the application process is open through November 30th.

Plan to attend Winterfest Saturday December 6th, Sultan High School, starting at 10 am, tree lighting celebration starts at 6 pm, Sultan Gazebo.

Note: The photo is of a holiday banner from local vendor Poppy & Clementine – see more of her work at Winterfest.
