Index Arts FestivalAlways a fun and relaxing day filled with a variety of visual arts & crafts booths, music stage performances, spoken word in the gym & a young artist activities area. Parking for the festival is free and located within a block of Doolittle Park.  Festival starts 10am. Follow the US Rt2 signs or your GPS device to INDEX, WA 98256.
