Sky Artworks
Show: March 1, 2022 to April 30, 2022
Submissions deadline: Jan 28, 2022
The alpine mountain valley surrounding the Skykomish River — otherwise known as the Upper Sky Valley — has inspired artists and recreational tourists since before the train first laid its tracks over Stevens Pass in the mid-1890s.
Sky Artworks is a newly formed non-profit community art space and gallery in the business district of Skykomish, WA. Sky Artworks mission is to promote the creative community in the Upper Sky Valley by providing exhibition, educational, and production resources for artists, artisans, and other creatives.
Call for Participation
For our inaugural spring 2022 group art show Alpine Sky, we are inviting submissions that celebrate the unique flora, fauna, and landscape features of the Upper Sky Valley and the surrounding national forests, from all members of the Upper Sky Valley community.
